Live, via the hot social networking forum Facebook, stars from the Dallas and Texas culinary scene will be joining Savor Dallas co-founder Jim White for a live chat with Savor Dallas Facebook fans, covering topics such as fine culinary trends that are arising from Texas.
Eric Brandt, David Bull, Randy Morgan, Jason Weaver and Tre Wilcox all are gaining the city and state recognition for excellence on the worldwide culinary and hospitality scene.

Savor Dallas 2009
On Friday March 6, the Savor Dallas Arts District Wine Stroll returns to the renowned Dallas Museum of Art in Seventeen Seventeen Restaurant, Nasher Sculpture Center and Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center. A Savor Dallas "Special Friday Tasting Pass" will also allow attendees to enjoy the Victory Park Wine and Food Celebration in Victory Park's AT&T Plaza, including a film screening with AFI DALLAS (two great events with one ticket).
The fun continues on Saturday, March 7, beginning with the Reserve Tasting at Windows in Westin City Center Dallas. Then, the highly anticipated International Grand Tasting returns to the beautiful Plaza of the Americas and Westin City Center Dallas (the official host hotel for Savor Dallas). More than 60 of North Texas' top chefs will showcase their signature recipes, along with over 400 premium wines, spirits and beers on three stunning tasting levels. The ultimate epicurean experience features vintners, artisan producers and purveyors from around the globe.
