Savor Dallas and stay overnight
Savor Dallas, a celebration of wine, food and the arts, kicks off in Dallas from Feb. 18-20 and features world-famous chefs, vintners and cultural exhibitions. The Hilton Anatole Hotel, the official host for the event, has rooms starting at $149. Some events, including cooking demonstrations and wine tastings, will be held at the hotel. The festival begins Friday with an Arts District wine stroll. On Saturday, attend classes, seminars and tastings at the hotel or at nearby venues. Savor Dallas ends with an awards ceremony Sunday. At the Wyndham, check out the free, self-guided audio tour of selected pieces from one of the largest private art assemblies in the world including works by Pablo Picasso, J. Seward Johnson Jr. and Josiah Wedgwood.
Savor Dallas generously supports these charities: North Texas Food Bank, Greater Dallas Restaurant Association Education Fund, and Arts Magnet Building Campaign for Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts.
